Amy is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with over eight years of experience providing various therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Amy completed her Master of Social Work degree from Salisbury University. Guided by her specialty training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMHP), Amy believes in treating the whole person through a holistic approach that addresses diverse mental health and wellness needs.
Previously, Amy enhanced her knowledge at Recovery Centers of America with her role as Primary Therapist for individuals and leading small group therapy for in-patient populations. She also provided court-ordered evaluations and visitation supervision for the Circuit Court of Cecil County. Her commitment to professional development is exemplified by her certifications as a CIMHP and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). Amy is especially excited about her current involvement in training for Parent Coaching with a spiritual foundation. She is set to complete her certification in November 2025.
