Jordan is a Master's-level clinical intern, currently immersed in her graduate training at McDaniel College. Building upon a strong foundation, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University, complementing her studies with a minor focus in Family Studies. This interdisciplinary background informs her commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care that acknowledges the interconnectedness of individual experiences and familial systems.
Jordan's clinical approach is thoughtfully grounded in several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also incorporates principles of existential therapy, and is deeply committed to trauma-informed care, ensuring a safe and sensitive therapeutic environment. Furthermore, she integrates mindfulness-based practices, empowering clients to cultivate present-moment awareness and enhance emotional regulation.
