Kerry McCommons is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has worked as a therapist for 17 years. She believes therapy assists people in accessing the clearest, most connected part of themselves in order to overcome challenges and thrive. She enjoys helping people experience personal growth and develop mindful awareness.
Kerry's treatment approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, and she uses modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and attachment theory. She has experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families, and has had extensive training as a Trauma-Informed Therapist.
