Natalie Hack

LGPC

Natalie has been working in the mental health field since 2018. She takes an eclectic approach
to her therapeutic work and has extensive experience supporting adolescents, young adults,
and adults. Natalie believes in providing a safe and supportive space for people to explore their
emotions, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

Natalie is a 2018 graduate of Towson University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in
both Psychology and Sociology. She then went on to study Clinical Counseling at Northwestern
University, where she received her Master’s degree in 2022.

Natalie has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Before
becoming a therapist, Natalie worked in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, in Applied
Behavior Analysis with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and
provided DBT-focused care at the inpatient level. For the past three years, Natalie has been
providing therapeutic services based on CBT and DBT modalities.

Natalie holds the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive, and she is committed
to supporting others on their journey towards mental wellness. Whether you are struggling
with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other mental health concern, she is here to
accompany you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
